Remember folks, once you’ve posted something on Facebook, Twitter, Linked-In, etc., it’s there forever.  From my perspective as a plaintiff’s personal injury lawyer, I prefer to discover things about my client FROM my client, not from the defense attorney who has done his or her due diligence by foraging through the social network sites!
